Return & Refund Policy

At G. V. O. M., all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Ordered the wrong size or color
• Changed your mind after purchase
• The item didn't meet personal style expectations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
