Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with G. V. O. M.! Since all of our products are made to order, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Production Time
All orders require 3–7 business days for production before they are shipped. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (where available)
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at godvibesonme@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partners.
